Hilary Shaw, LPC, Certified IFS Therapist, Registered Dietitian RD
I believe we each hold an inner wisdom capable of leading us toward clarity, courage, and connection. My intention is to help you access that inner healer so you can live with greater freedom and authenticity.
When we are out of alignment with ourselves or with our partners, our system—body, mind, and spirit—lets us know. This can show up in many ways: depression, anxiety, addictions, eating disorders, sadness, or even physical aches and pains. These signals are meaningful, and they deserve our attention.
Talk therapy alone isn’t always enough. For real, lasting change, we often need to go beyond words and connect with the deeper emotions and sensations in our bodies. I use a variety of science backed techniques to support this process, helping you move toward greater clarity, connection, and well-being.
Common humanity and kindness, alongside a trauma-informed skillset and experience, are necessary for an emotionally supportive and transformative therapy space. I am honored to be able to support you on your healing journey.
