Ketamine
Assisted Therapy
Evergood’s ketamine-assisted therapy combines cutting-edge neuroscience with guided therapeutic support to help safely unlock emotional healing, insight, and transformation. A new path to healing.

Ketamine-assisted therapy (KAT) is a cutting-edge treatment that combines the physiological benefits of ketamine with guided therapeutic support. Originally used as an anesthetic, ketamine administered at lower doses, can lead to a rapid reduction of symptoms of pain, depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other mood disorders when used in safe, therapeutic settings.
At Evergood, ketamine is administered by trained professionals and paired with integrative psychotherapy to help unlock insight, support emotional processing, and promote long-term healing.

At Evergood, Ketamine assisted therapy is a full-spectrum healing experience.
Led by an on-staff psychiatrist and a highly skilled and trained team, our program offers comprehensive support before, during, and after each session, including therapy, preparation, and integration. Our integrative approach, bridging mental health, wellness, and longevity practices to address the whole person.
As one of the first clinics of its kind in the South, we proudly serve both those struggling with mental health conditions and clients seeking proactive wellness care. For individuals across Louisiana, Texas, Alabama, Mississippi, and Florida, we’re redefining what mental health and wellness can look like!
Ketamine therapy may be appropriate for individuals who:
-Are struggling with treatment-resistant depression
-OCD, eating disorders
-Challenging hormone health transitions
-Experience anxiety, PTSD, substance use disorder, or chronic stress
-Feel disconnected or stuck in patterns that talk therapy alone hasn’t resolved
-Are looking for a deeper therapeutic process with support for emotional breakthroughs and integration
-Prefer a holistic approach that supports both the mind and nervous system
A medical and psychological screening is required to ensure ketamine therapy is a safe and appropriate fit.
We guide you through every step of the process with care, clarity, and clinical expertise.
1. Initial Consultation & Intake
You’ll complete medical and psychological intake forms and meet with Dr. Linszky to discuss your history, current symptoms, and goals. We’ll answer your questions, review your medications, and determine if KAT is a good fit for you.
2. Preparation
If eligible, you’ll be partnered with one of our therapists who will prepare you for your journey, reflect on your challenges and goals, and help you set intentions.
3. Ketamine Sessions
Sessions take place in a calming, private room with a trained provider present. Ketamine will be administered via intramuscular injection. You’ll be supported throughout your experience with music, eyeshades, and a post-session reflection. You'll be in our care for 2-3 hours, counting your arrival, check in, and check out. Your medicine session will last approximately 60 minutes, and you’ll have an additional 60 min to relax and reflect after your session.
4. Integration Therapy
Within 2-3 days following your session, you’ll meet with your therapist to process insights, emotions, and emerging themes. Integration is key to turning the experience into lasting change.
5. Ongoing Support
Your care team will work with you to adjust your treatment plan, schedule follow-ups, and ensure you feel supported every step of the way.
1. Is ketamine therapy safe?
Yes, ketamine has a long history of use in surgical and emergency medicine environments and is well understood. When administered by trained professionals in a clinical setting, ketamine is safe and well-tolerated. We carefully screen for medical and psychiatric conditions before beginning treatment.
2. How many sessions will I need?
Treatment plans are individualized, but most clients begin with a series of 3–6 sessions, followed by ongoing integration and reassessment based on response.
3. Will I be conscious during the session?
Yes. Ketamine induces a non-ordinary state of consciousness, ranging between deeply introspective or a dreamlike experience.
4. Will someone be with me during my session?
Yes, our team of trained providers are present. We have flexible facilitation methods tailored to your individual needs. We also offer the option of a psychotherapy session during your session.
5. Is this the same as recreational ketamine use?
No. Ketamine therapy is carefully dosed, medically supervised, and used in a structured therapeutic setting.
6. Will my insurance cover ketamine therapy?
Currently, most insurance plans do not cover ketamine-assisted therapy. We offer transparent pricing, discounted packages, and can provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement upon request.
7. What discounts and specials do you offer?
We offer discounted rates for veterans, healthcare providers, and first responders. We also provide special package pricing on select treatments for all clients. Contact us to inquire.
